The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and opposite the shuttle bus stop direct to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, allowing for a good night's sleep. The concierge is helpful and even carries guests' bags to the room. The black and white color coordination of the room creates a relaxed atmosphere, and the spaciousness is a plus. The hotel staff is friendly and informative, making it easier for travelers to navigate a new city.
The staff seemed unempowered to address issues and provide good customer service.

I stayed at a 4-star hotel near the main train terminal and it was incredibly convenient. The staff was so helpful and even stored our bags for us before our trip to Capri. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable for our short stay. The black and white color scheme added a nice touch and created a relaxed atmosphere. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the train station made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were really nice too ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's proximity to a nice coffee shop added an extra touch of convenience.
